SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT

RATES

Individual Therapy (50 minutes) $150
Initial Intake Session: $175
Couples Therapy (50 minutes) $175
Initial Intake Session: $200
Family Session (50 minutes) $175
Initial Intake Session: $200
Clinical Supervision $120 Bi-Weekly

PAYMENTS

Payment is accepted in the form of credit card, cash, Zelle, or Cash App. A 3.5% fee will be added for processing credit card payments. 

INSURANCE

Catherine is accepting with Aetna, AvMed, BCBS, Humana, Optum, Oscar, and United Healthcare. If you are insured through Aetna, AvMed, BCBS, Humana, Optum, Oscar, and United Healthcare, please contact them directly to verify how many sessions are covered under your policy and to know what your financial responsibility would be.

If needed, Catherine will assist you with filing the proper documentation so that you may get reimbursed by your insurance provider. However, this is not a guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you for your treatment.

You may contact your insurance plan directly to find out more information regarding full or partial reimbursement of the fee you pay for therapy services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You will be required to pay a $50 fee if you do not cancel within this timeframe. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of the therapist.
